A little further from
everything.

A small peninsula. A different sense of time.

A QUIETER KIND OF ADRIATIC

Just enough land to lose yourself. Enough sea to stay.

At the edge of Dramalj, Kačjak reaches into the blue of the Vinodol Channel. Come for clear water and a pebble beach; linger for slow afternoons, pine shade and the sea always somewhere in view.

THE BEAUTY OF LESS

The day, at your pace.

01

Find your blue.

Stay close to the shore: the beach and the limestone coves are the best kind of itinerary.

02

Follow the coast.

Walk around the peninsula and, if you have time, continue along the Staza valova towards Jadranovo.

03

Leave room for nothing.

A quiet bench, a book and the sound of waves are enough.

A WALK WORTH TAKING

Where the peninsula meets the
Waves Trail.

The Kačjak–Jadranovo stretch of Staza valova passes rugged coastline, viewpoints and small bays. Part of it is a true nature trail, not an uninterrupted seaside promenade.

BEFORE YOU COME

The useful little details.

Enjoy Kačjak simply. Take water in the warmer months and allow time to find your favourite stretch of shoreline.

Where is it?

Kačjak is a peninsula in Dramalj, within the Crikvenica Riviera on Croatia’s Kvarner coast.

What is the beach like?

Expect pebbles, rocky margins and some man-made bathing platforms. Water shoes can be useful.

When to visit?

Morning and late afternoon are calmer for photography and walking, particularly in summer.

Can I continue on foot?

Yes. Staza valova links Kačjak with Perhati and the bays of Jadranovo, but the terrain changes along the way.
